Physical Therapy for the Endurance Athlete

Are you a triathlete, swimmer, cyclist, runner, or ultra endurance athlete? With the specific demands of endurance athletes, there are many injuries and overuse syndromes that go along with it.  With our own experience as endurance athletes, we understand the demands that are placed on our bodies and know the techniques to speed recovery.

Common injuries to the foot, knee, hip, and shoulder can prevent training that it takes to be ready to perform at your best.  We have specialized programs and knowledge of this type of activity to help you get back to what you love doing the most

Why Work with Fit Quest?

Our therapists and sports medicine team get it. We’ve spent years helping athletes like you recover, rebuild, and prevent future injuries. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach—everything we do is designed for your specific sport and goals.

Here’s what we offer:

  • Personalized Recovery Plans: Whether you’re dealing with a strain, tear, or overuse injury, we create a treatment plan that gets you back in the game.
  • Ongoing Injury Prevention: Staying healthy isn’t just about recovering; it’s about keeping those shoulders strong and stable for the long haul.
  • Proven Expertise: Our team knows what it takes to get overhead athletes back to peak form. We stay up-to-date on the latest methods, so you don’t miss a step.

Get Back to What You Love

At Fit Quest, we’re here to get you moving, performing, and playing without pain. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking to stay ahead of one, we’ve got your back (and your shoulders).
